Rehan Hidayath is a seasoned business leader with over 15 years of experience in the stainless steel and aluminum industry. As COO at Hidayath Group, he oversees operations across trading, fabrication, and project execution, with a strong focus on strategic growth and market penetration across the GCC region. Holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management, Rehan combines technical expertise with business acumen. His strengths lie in procurement, sales strategy, client relationships, and international vendor development.
Driven by innovation and opportunity, Rehan is also exploring ventures in Automation for Manufacturing and AI implementation. His leadership is marked by a commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and building sustainable, forward-looking businesses.

Ishtiyaq Ahmed joined the Hidayath Group in 2007 and has been an integral part of the executive leadership ever since. As General Manager, he has led from the front, playing a pivotal role in establishing Hidayath as an unrivaled leader in the stainless steel and allied metal industry.

With deep expertise in business development and client relationship management, Ishtiyaq has been instrumental in driving the Group’s expansion and strengthening its presence in emerging markets. Working closely with Rehan Hidayath, he has been a key force behind Hidayath Heavy Industry’s growth and its successful entry into diverse global markets.

Fahim, a post graduate in business management and Marketing, has been an integral part of Hidayath Heavy Industry, playing a key role in securing major clients and delivering complex industrial fabrication projects. Known for his sharp business acumen and proactive approach, he consistently transforms challenging opportunities into successful outcomes. His deep industry knowledge, combined with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, make him a highly valued asset and a driving force behind the company’s continued growth.

Mohamed joined Hidayath Heavy Industry in 2013, having over 20 years of hands-on industrial experience in Design and Estimation of Boilers, Pressure Vessels, Skid packages, Air Filtration Units and Structural packages.

At the core of our engineering excellence is a strong Design and Estimation Management capability, led by Mohamed, a seasoned professional with deep expertise in delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions across the Oil & Gas sector.

Mohamed plays a pivotal role in driving the transformation of concepts into practical, high-value engineering designs by ensuring every project aligns with client expectations, industry standards, and cost effectiveness. From initial feasibility assessments to detailed engineering and accurate cost estimation, Mohamed’s leadership ensures precision, efficiency, and seamless coordination across all project phases.
